Saturday 10th May saw over 80 people come along to Trent to attend our ‘Feel Fab Family Fundraiser’. The focus of the event was about looking and feeling good!!
Activities were available for all the family to take part in and consisted of bracelet making, face painting, apple bobbing and a variety of health and fitness services were present.
With some of our talented students on piano the atmosphere was great, giving everyone the opportunity to not only take part in the above activities but leisurely walk round some of our professional stall holders – which included everything from handmade ice-cream and traditional sweets to beauty products and custom made children’s clothing.
The event really was one not to be missed and raised £342.54 for our charities, The Jessica Hope Foundation and The Kenyan Schools Partnership. Miss Braddow MFL teacher and Charity Coordinator comments, “The Feel Fab Family Fundraiser was a great turn out and enjoyed by all. It’s great when pupils, staff and parents all come together to enjoy this kind of activity. The event was not only a pleasant way to spend your Saturday, but helped raise money for fantastic charities that we greatly support here at Trent College. I would personally like to thank each and every person involved in making the day a success.”
