The girls in Bates House enjoyed an array of spooky activities to celebrate All Hallows Eve last week. Games included eating doughnuts from a string draped across the common room - all participants were blind-folded with their hands behind their back. Next came the traditional apple bobbing and everybody got very wet trying, only managing to 'bob' 7 apples!
The final game was a Bates tradition – a chocolate eating twist involving eating a frozen bar of chocolate blindfolded using a knife and fork! .
The Bates girls love to get involved and dive into any challenge with a healthy level of competitiveness.
The house was roaring with laughter and there was chocolate everywhere!
Overall they all had a great night and munched on some fabulous treats!
