Experience So Much More

The range of enrichment opportunities at Trent ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy.  Discovering and nurturing passions helps students to prepare for an independent life with confidence, character and a spirit of curiosity.

Discover our specialist areas

Alongside academic studies, Drama, Music and Sport are specialist areas at Trent College. Scholarships are available to students who excel in these fields. With our exceptional teachers, coaches and facilities Trent students are given all the resources they require to go further in their pursuits.

Academic Enrichment

Academic enrichment provides valuable opportunities for students looking to develop and challenge their intellectual abilities in new ways. Pursue high ambitions at Oxbridge Society, learn about investment at the Game of Loans Society or even compete at the world-famous Oxford Union with the Senior Debating Club.

GIVING BACK

As a school community, we are committed to making a positive impact in the wider world. All students contribute to our work in the local community through fundraising, mentoring and volunteering by participating in a range of initiatives such as Community Service, Peer Reading and CCF.

Get involved and lead

Some of the available clubs and societies change each term, with others being offered continuously throughout the year with many activities based around Sport, Music and Drama. In addition, Sixth Form students have the opportunity to take a leading role in school-wide events such as charity fundraising, peer mentoring and organising sports activities for the younger year groups.
