Support Nyacaba Primary School

Nyacaba Primary School is situated in rural savanna near Thika, Kenya. For a few years, the Trent Community has raised money for this school to help build classrooms, construct desks, concrete floors, make steel doors and plant trees etc.
Most of the money has been raised by the Trent PSA, Scout Group and from Tours of the Trent Arboretum, In 2005 we raised £1950 for improvement of classrooms and £440 for tree planting.
The Nyacaba Primary School is exceedingly grateful for the help received.
The main needs in the future are for a new classroom and staffroom. Teachers are needed but are supplied by the Government.
